| Statement of Guarantee
All consulting services are delivered by a qualified professional with skills matched to the tasks as per a Statement of Work that will explicitly outline the services to be delivered. eDirect Services warrants that the services will be performed according to the Statement of Work.
All software packages cary warranties from the individual organizations. eDirect Services, as a reseller, will explain the package warranty when the purchaser selects the desired components.
The vendor will make available equivalent replacement parts for a product sold to the state for at least 3 years after a product is discontinued.

| Maintenance, Repair and Support Plan
eDirect Services is concerned with you, the customer. We will do our best to meet your needs in software product support and service. We do not have any listings for equipment.
Since we deal with several different software products we have different support contacts based on the products and options selected. A certified support contact will assigned and contact information given at installation. Typically eDirect Services will be the first contact for any and all issues to include any warranty issues. Any questions may be directed to Bryan Schwiening at 888-404-3467.
Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
