Top Suite practice management and EMR sofware for scheduling, electronic
charting, medical billing and imaging using Motion
Computing Tablet computers.
- These solutions eliminated the billing service, and scheduling
is now paperless. The existing paper charts are scanned, reducing
space requirement and saving $8 per chart per year.
- Dr. DuBois completes the chart on the Tablet PC and the prescription
process is automated during charting. The prescription and patient
education are automatically printed upon chart completion.
- An insurance billing review is generated from the completed chart.
Dr. DuBois reviews and approves the chart and the charges post directly
into the billing module, eliminating manual entries from a superbill.
- eDirect Services designed and installed wireless networks at both
the office and home. Dr. DuBois performs some work tasks from home
giving her more time with her family. |
