- eDirect Services implemented ADC's Staff Central software pattern to enable web-based entry of Mileage Claims, Expense Vouchers and Travel Vouchers for 300+ Texas Medicaid Field Counselors.
- The documents are then routed for management approval with scanned images attached.
- eDirect Services provides the hosting and support for the application at their Austin, Texas facility.
- The application is built for SQL Server with Active Server Pages.
